The Union has over 10 meeting rooms to meet all of your needs for groups ranging in size from 3 to over 200. The University Union provides an array of meeting and multipurpose rooms perfect for club and organization meetings, lectures, receptions and special events. Our facilities can accommodate a wide variety of programs and events. We can provide audio-visual equipment, tables, chairs, risers and other meeting equipment. The scheduling of all University Union facilities and equipment are coordinated through University Union Reservations. Please visit the Reservation Request Forms page to submit an online request form (link) or stop by the Reservations Desk, located on the first floor of the Union addition for free personalized assistance in event planning.

Prior to requesting a reservation, we suggest all interested event planner review the Reservation Policies and Procedures Manual (link). Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Contact the University Reservations office at (510)885-7245 for more information.
